Use AI to prototype, explore, and ship code for simpler features, integrating AI into the design process.

What You’ll Do:

Within 1 month: Get oriented quickly, build relationships, and start using AI for prototyping.
Within 3 months: Own a significant design project end to end, design and ship real flows, and drive clarity through research.
Within 6 months: Think in systems, own critical workflows, shape direction, and elevate team craft.

What You’ll Bring:

6-8 years of product design experience in fintech or SaaS, with strong service and systems design skills.
AI appetite and fluency, user empathy, and excellent visual and interaction design skills.
Autonomy, partnership judgment, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
