Product Designer II

About the Role:

• You will own design for key workbench initiatives, turning complex underwriting workflows into clear, efficient experiences.
• You will shape solutions in partnership with product managers, helping define problems and success criteria.
• You will work in a prototype-first environment using Figma and coded prototypes.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct and synthesize research through user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Create user flows, diagrams, Figma designs, and coded prototypes to communicate direction.
• Partner with engineering to protect design integrity while balancing technical constraints.

Who You Are:

• You have 3-5 years of product design experience, ideally on complex or regulated products.
• You are proficient in Figma and have hands-on experience with code-based prototyping.
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress with incomplete information.
