Staff Product Manager, Monetization & Growth

Lead the monetization and growth strategic objective, working with multiple squads and growth managers to drive revenue and user acquisition across mobile and web platforms. Optimize the full user acquisition and monetization funnel, from top-of-funnel growth to feed engagement, retention mechanics, and revenue optimization through data-driven experimentation. Define and prioritize the roadmap for growth and monetization, leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation to maximize paid subscriber revenue. Own customer support surfaces and AI tooling to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn, treating support as a critical retention lever. Lead a large portfolio of growth and monetization bets, managing experimentation velocity and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on key business metrics.
