Human Factors Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct human factors, usability, and workflow assessments of healthcare information systems and EHR workflows.
• Apply human-centered design principles to identify usability, safety, and efficiency issues, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate user demonstrations and feedback sessions, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering or related field, and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in evaluating systems for usability and human performance, with knowledge of applicable standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
