About the role:
- The CPTO will own Nira’s product roadmap and execution.
- This role will be responsible for building the function that helps the company scale product development with speed and quality from end to end.
- The ideal candidate is a technical product operator.
What you’ll own:
- Translation of customer, market, and founder insight into product strategy.
- Building the operating cadence for product development.
- Management and coaching of Product Leads, VP Engineering, and VP Transmission Planning.
What we’re looking for:
- Senior product or technical leadership experience in complex B2B software.
- Strong product judgment and track record of execution.
- Ability to quickly learn a highly niche / complex domain.
