Job Description
Barcelona Study Abroad Experience (SAE) is seeking a passionate and relationship-driven University Relations & Assistant TODOS Coordinator to join our team and advance our mission to expand access to high-impact, global learning experiences in Barcelona.
In this dynamic and outward-facing role, you’ll build meaningful partnerships with U.S. colleges and universities while advancing access and equity in education abroad through scholarship coordination and outreach. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of higher education partnerships and student equity initiatives - helping institutions create more inclusive pathways to education abroad for more students.
In this multifaceted role, you’ll manage a portfolio of college and university partners, representing Barcelona SAE at campus visits and professional conferences, and direct key aspects of our Grants & TODOS Scholarship program. You’ll be an advocate, collaborator, and problem-solver - supporting our partners while directly contributing to our award-winning TODOS (The Outcomes-Based Diversity Strategy) commitment – a national model for diversity, equity, and inclusion in international education – while playing a key role in helping more students experience the life-changing impact of our programs in Barcelona.
