The Senior Experience Designer – Web/IVA is a hands-on individual contributor at the intersection of design, technology, and brand.
This role translates creative vision into high-quality, production-ready digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Execute work independently, owning projects from concept through delivery.
Operate with minimal oversight while maintaining alignment to creative, technical, and production standards.
Design within systems, applying established components, patterns, tokens, and responsive behaviors.

Collaboration:

Partner with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow Experience Designers.
Bridge craft and production, advocating for strong design while respecting technical and business requirements.

Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, HCI, or related field.
Proficiency in Figma and timeline-based motion design software.
