Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EPA in line with the Employability Practitioner standard, using NCFE's EPA platform to record assessments and interact with apprentices.
  • Attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with apprentices, ITPs, and employers regarding EPA and grading.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or working towards one.
  • Recent Employability Practitioner experience at Level 6 (or equivalent) within the last three years, or substantial experience in the relevant occupation or sector.
  • Good IT skills and experience producing clear and accurate reports.

Working Conditions:

  • Home-based across Yorkshire, East Midlands, East of England, Greater London, and South East of England, with travel for face-to-face assessments.
  • Flexible worker contract, allowing you to fit work around other commitments.
  • Full training and materials provided, with no need to register as self-employed.
