Director, Therapy Development

Lead a team of Therapy Development Specialists and oversee the successful introduction and adoption of innovative, new therapies. Ensure the team provides in-depth therapy development support to enable healthcare provider (HCP) teams to achieve procedural independence and confidence in the therapy. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to partner with HCPs, motivated to expand access for patients, and possess a strong background in medical device technology, product and procedure expertise, and therapy development experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and managing the team, providing coaching and feedback, collaborating with various departments, developing therapy plans, and building relationships with stakeholders. Extensive travel (50%+) is required to support the Therapy Development Specialist team.
