As a Clinical SLP Manager, you’ll deliver services to students and school partners, support providers and school district partners in a specific region, and collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to build and improve programs. You will provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical support to providers; own the clinical relationship with school partners; and build a community for providers through engagement and professional development.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives. Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans. Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

The Manager, Central Study Coordinators hires, develops, enables, and engages their team of Central Study Coordinators (CSCs) to ensure a high level of performance and an exceptional customer experience. The manager will provide day to day support to the CSCs to drive study results and help CSCs navigate the complexities of study operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with sponsor teams, Care Access leadership, and other teams as required to deliver study results.

A Lead Recovery Navigator at Equip serves as a critical care coordinator throughout the care experience, guiding and supporting each unique patient and family in their service needs, while also managing a team of Recovery Navigators. This leadership role serves as a “player coach” - reinforcing best practices and operations for their direct team and also welcoming patients and families into the Equip program following admissions and onboarding.
