Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments; develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives; supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans; and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Provide nutritional care to long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients within various communities. Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards. Be an active member of interdisciplinary care conferences. Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff. Support the food service operation as needed.
