• Ensure consistent food quality and kitchen sanitation following Food Safe protocols.
• Prepare sandwiches, cold foods, salad bars, and manage food storage and inventory.
• Work in a camp facility on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation with 10-12 hour days.

• Lead a team of occupational therapists and COTAs, including supervision, mentorship, training, and direct treatment.
