Direct the medical education strategy, establish a medical education team, and develop and execute internal and external product and procedure training programs for Calyxo products. This role also includes delivering clinical training during procedures, providing technical assistance to surgeons and OR staff during live surgical procedures, and training surgeons to achieve procedural independence.
The Patient Recruitment Specialist should exhibit a platinum level of customer service, acknowledging and greeting patients with a smile, eager to answer questions and exhibiting an unparalleled attention to detail, while maintaining thorough data records. The Patient Recruitment Specialist is involved with all aspects of patient recruitment from initiating advertising, chart screening, through initial patient contact to scheduling for first visits or follow up visits.
The Clinical Specialist provides support to one or more regional sales teams in the areas of market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service and follow-up. Candidates outside of the Orange County area will be considered, however, the candidate must reside within the region while in the role.
