As Senior Security Architect & Cyber Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and safeguarding the digital future of WCG across Canada and the US. You’ll work closely with cross-border Digital teams to develop and uphold cybersecurity guardrails, ensuring that all proposed solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational risk tolerance. Your strategic oversight will help protect sensitive data, enable secure innovation, and support WCG’s mission.

As a Claims Processing Specialist, you’ll be responsible processing performance-based funding alongside employment- related financial supports for clients and employer expenditures. You will work closely with the Claims Manager and Financial Quality and Support Specialist to ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous quality improvement while maintaining high level of confidentiality.

Bring data and service understanding together under a Performance Excellence Strategy to create a supportive quality culture as the Performance & Quality Manager. You will lead the Performance and Quality operations to ensure consistency and a standard approach across the Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance program (RSVP).
