- Structures and drives workstreams to completion independently.
Commercial Enablement & Client Engagement:
- Partners with Business Development to shape positioning and participate in client discussions.
- Equips commercial teams with materials and training to represent new capabilities.
- Gathers client feedback and supports pricing, packaging, and delivery models.
Team Leadership:
- Leads and develops a team of domain and analytical professionals.
- Establishes clear objectives, high standards, and a culture of ownership.
- Accountable for departmental performance and delivery quality.
