Job Description
This role involves Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Configuration, leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features, including store, product, promotion, KPI, and planogram data setup. Also, it Includes Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Expertise, designing, implementing, and managing the full TPM lifecycle within Salesforce.
Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design, collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into robust and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Field Sales & Retail Execution Optimization, configuring and enhancing functionalities related to visit execution, surveys, compliance and optimice field force productivity.
Continuous Improvement, be abreast of new Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to implement ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
