Job Description

The Regional Marketing Business Partner will report to the Head of Marketing. You will be the primary owner of the marketing plans for each of your assigned venues, driving towards local and national revenue targets and ladder up to the General Managers business plans and areas of focus. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to understand the national business strategy and ensure that any relevant campaigns are executed and maximized locally. You will also work closely with the general managers to develop local marketing plans across all customer value segments, including HVC, which bring their venue propositions to life, meet their local challenges and drive towards specific venue targets. Offer consultancy around the best marketing approach to take, how to measure success and share ideas with the central team so that they can be rolled out across the estate. They will also engage with approved suppliers and agencies to seek resources or materials at a local level. Ensure clear ROI analysis is undertaken on local and promotions so that success can be confidently shared, and activity replicated across venues. The role requires flexibility to work as the job demands, with a mix of face-to-face and remote interactions with your stakeholders and travel to your venues that you support.
