About the Role:
- You will serve as a technical expert for water treatment processes, providing firmwide leadership.
- You will work on a variety of projects including conventional treatment, advanced treatment, and potable reuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for process selection, design, optimization, pilot testing, and commissioning.
- Support project delivery, staff development, and technical innovation.
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's preferred in chemical, civil, or environmental engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of drinking water industry experience and a licensed PE.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.
