- AI-Augmented Workflow: Use AI tools like ElevenLabs for voiceover to move faster.
- Creator Partnership: Source and build relationships with creators to ensure briefs and deadlines are met.
- The Feedback Loop: Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye, providing direct feedback.
- Systems Thinking: Organize hooks, bodies, and CTAs for scalable testing and iteration.
