About the Role:
- Own the creative production engine supporting user acquisition and performance marketing.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video, static, GIF, and landing-page creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production of 100+ assets per month across video, static, and GIF formats.
- Coordinate in-house developers and designers for approximately 20 landing-page projects monthly.
- Analyze campaign data to make decisions on scaling, iterating, or stopping creative concepts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creative production or a comparable production-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based creative generation tools and mobile-first ad formats.
- Strong project management and communication skills in a remote environment.
