About the Role:
- As the Performance Creative Lead, you will own creative strategy and production across three markets.
- You will work in a tight pair with the Performance Lead, sharing one goal: cost per acquired customer.
What You'll Do:
- Run the creative feedback loop: turn ad performance data into hypotheses, briefs, and a testing backlog.
- Produce ads at volume using generative AI tools and manage UGC creator networks.
- Ensure every ad is compliant with platform policies and covers non-ads surfaces.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience creating winning ads with measurable results.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools and creator operations.
- 5–8 years in performance creative, growth, or UA creative roles.
