Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative direction for UA ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring timely delivery of static and video creatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers, driving AI literacy and integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
  • Own performance analysis of creative assets, using data to iterate and improve conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Strong understanding of UA metrics and how creative impacts performance, with a proven track record of driving revenue and ROAS.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, and testing (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N).
