About the Role:

  • The Creative Strategist serves as the connective tissue between data and production, identifying what's converting and translating insights into briefs.
  • This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, brand, and content, building a rigorous creative testing engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, developing weekly and monthly brief cadences across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
  • Translate performance data into creative direction and collaborate with designers, editors, and AI platforms to produce ad variants.
  • Maintain a competitive creative intelligence practice and ensure all output meets healthcare advertising guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth, with consumer health or DTC background.
  • Hybrid creative and performance mindset, with hands-on experience using AI creative tools and fluency in key metrics.
