Creative Growth Strategy:

  • Own and evolve performance creative strategy across acquisition channels.
  • Build and optimize creative testing frameworks and content production workflows.
  • Drive creative innovation while maintaining brand standards and scientific credibility.

Channel-Specific Performance Creative:

  • Develop channel-specific roadmaps for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to improve creative performance and achieve CAC goals.
  • Establish creative refresh strategies to reduce fatigue at scale.

Testing, Analytics & Optimization:

  • Define creative KPIs including thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CAC, and incremental ROAS.
  • Analyze performance and translate insights into testing plans and briefs.
  • Lead creative experimentation with incrementality and audience testing.

Team & Partner Management:

  • Lead and mentor creative talent including designers, editors, and external partners.
  • Manage relationships with UGC creators, production partners, and agencies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
