Role Overview:
- This position focuses on developing paid social creative strategy and concept development for Meta advertising campaigns.
- The strategist will transform customer insights and performance data into high-performing ad concepts to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and iterate performance-focused advertising creatives, including weekly testing plans based on data.
- Analyze winning and underperforming creatives to identify repeatable patterns and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with media buyers, content creators, and creative teams to improve creative performance continuously.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing high-performing Meta advertising creatives and understanding direct-response marketing.
- Strong skills in analyzing performance metrics such as Thumbstop Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC, CVR, and CPA.
- Experience with creative tools like CapCut and Photoshop, and familiarity with eCommerce and DTC environments.
