Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative testing framework end-to-end: hypothesis-to-verdict pipeline, data thresholds, and stop-loss rules.
  • Generate creative hypotheses from performance data and competitor analysis, then brief designers and manage AI-generation pipeline.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics and deliver weekly reporting to drive iteration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in creative strategy/performance, ideally in high-volume creative operations across e-commerce, gaming, or dating.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI video/image tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and brief-writing abilities; working English with US market knowledge.
