About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, and creators.
  • Maintain a structured testing roadmap across messaging, hooks, and formats.
  • Research customer insights and competitive trends to identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative at a DTC brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of Meta advertising and direct-response creative best practices.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
