Campaign Management:
- Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (primary), TikTok, Snap, Reddit, AppLovin, and other emerging platforms.
- Own budget allocation across channels and campaigns, making data-driven decisions on spend shifts.
- Monitor performance daily, adjusting bidding, targeting, creative, and budget to hit CAC and volume targets.
Creative Strategy & Testing:
- Partner with Video Editor & Graphic Designer to brief performance-driven creative, using data on hooks and formats.
- Run structured creative tests (hook, format, CTA) with clear hypotheses and measurement frameworks.
- Build a creative learning system where every test produces an insight for the next brief, staying ahead of platform trends.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Own paid social reporting with weekly performance summaries, creative scorecards, and channel-level CAC tracking.
- Maintain attribution clarity across platforms, understanding MMP limitations and triangulating conflicting signals.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, partnering with the growth team on downstream metrics like LTV.
