Key Responsibilities:
- You will set the creative direction for all Meta ads ($1M+/month) and raise the quality bar.
- You will build an AI-driven creative system for high-velocity concept testing.
- You will lead and develop the in-house creative team and drive brand visual refresh.
Need to Have:
- 5+ years leading performance creative for DTC brands with £500k+/month Meta spend.
- Strong creative instinct with ability to generate concepts and write effective briefs.
- Data fluency and experience with AI creative tools to multiply output.
