Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Seeking a capable and highly motivated Senior Engineer for our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. The role involves enhancing the reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure platforms, effectively managing complex business-critical systems, and delivering high-quality service to internal customers. You will join a talented team of SRE engineers and collaborate closely with teams across the organization to deliver on Motional’s mission. The responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability, monitoring system performance and health, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and leading the response to high-severity incidents. The role also involves partnering with DevOps and other engineering teams to analyze and optimize AWS spend and driving the automation of operational tasks and processes. Stay abreast of the latest industry developments to ensure that internal SRE practices align with Motional’s overall business objectives and industry trends.
