Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead functional delivery and execution on long-term customer engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
- Manage 3-4 engagements concurrently, tracking budget, timeline, and risks
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
- Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
