Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to define requirements, propose, and deliver solutions

Qualifications:
- 4+ years project experience and 3+ years Salesforce configuration experience
- Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs
