Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer workshops to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
- Own functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
