Role Responsibilities:
- Own hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation to keep GTM teams moving fast and safely.
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Improve documentation and change management for critical workflows.
GTM Process Design:
- Build workflows across lead routing, opportunity management, CPQ, approvals, and forecasting hygiene.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into requirements and ship pragmatic solutions.
- Balance speed and quality with clear system architecture.
Support & Collaboration:
- Design Salesforce workflows for Partner Ops and CS Ops, including deal motions and lifecycle handoffs.
- Run structured intake and prioritization for requests, setting expectations and communicating trade-offs.
- Improve data quality and operational visibility through schema design and governance.
