SAP Access Management (m/f/d)

Join our global IT security team and play a key role in safeguarding and optimizing SAP access management across the organization. In this role, you will manage user access, roles, and authorizations in SAP systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business needs. You will contribute your expertise to projects, lead initiatives to improve access control processes, and work closely with international teams to maintain a secure and well-structured SAP environment. Your tasks include managing SAP user access, roles, and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC 6.0, administering SAP role design and security frameworks, participating in projects, troubleshooting authorization issues, performing access reviews and audits, implementing improvements in authorization models, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
