Job Description

The Employment Lawyer will provide legal advice and strategic guidance on employment law issues, including employee contracts, terminations, and relevant workplace policies. This includes: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related agreements, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, conducting internal investigations, representing the company in employment-related disputes, advising on HR practices, monitoring legislative developments, collaborating with HR, compliance, and leadership teams, and developing excellent template contracts. This position requires experience in providing support to senior staff and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
