Sanctions & CTF Investigator

Binance is seeking a Sanctions & CTF Investigator to join their Global Legal & Compliance team. The investigator will be responsible for incidents and issues investigations, and governance. This includes coordinating with stakeholders across compliance operations, product and technology teams to identify root causes of incidents and issues. The investigator will also facilitate discussion and make functional owners accountable to action plans, ensuring action plans are followed through until closure. Process improvement and transformation will be a key focus, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement proactively and come up with creative solutions. The role requires 6+ years of experience in Crypto related Investigations/Sanctions/Monitoring and experience with crypto tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and TRM.
