Job Description
As a CRM Lifecycle Manager at Envato, you’ll take our email marketing to the next level, leading a team of three and owning the email marketing roadmap. You will drive a data-led approach to customer acquisition and retention, executing and optimizing CRM programs focused on customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This involves defining and continuously optimizing Envato’s email marketing roadmap, leading the creation and execution of user email flows, analyzing campaign performance, and driving advanced segmentation strategies.
You will manage Envato’s email platform, partner with Product teams, overseeing email deliverability and compliance. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of email marketing experience, are skilled in CRM platforms like Iterable or Braze, and possess strong copywriting and communication skills. Experience with data privacy regulations and tools like Tableau and Google Analytics is a plus.
