Job Description
This opportunity is for an individual who thrives on building and maintaining a strong Customer Success team. As the Associate Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading and managing the customer success team and ensuring the success of our customers by driving adoption, retention and growth. You will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
In this role, you will implement a customer success strategy, lead the customer success team, strategize work distribution, work closely with customers and internal teams, monitor product adoption metrics, communicate with customers, provide customer feedback, and prevent churn. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, proven experience in leading a customer success team, strong leadership and communication skills, and at least 15 years of experience in customer success/service with a mandatory extensive background in Global Payroll.
