Job Description
As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will measure and communicate organizational health metrics at an enterprise level. Our team focuses on generating insights that inform organizational goals such as increasing profitability, employee engagement, retention, and belonging. As we grow, you will help the HR Operations and Analytics team by focusing on automation and building analytical solutions that can work at scale. We are a small team, so the ability to work in multiple roles—such as consulting, scripting/automation, data visualization, data stewardship/management, and customer service—will be important to your success.
You will consult with department leaders to build and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations, communicating complex data findings into strong narratives to support decisions. You will also develop and code programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources. Improve workflow to shift people analytics operations away from administrative procedures and towards strategic insights.
