Manager, AI Operations

As Fetch continues to expand the role of AI across our platform, the AI Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring our AI systems are accurate, scalable, and trustworthy. Evolving from our legacy Receipt Quality (RQ) function, this team now partners closely with ML engineers and other cross-functional teams to support, maintain, and enhance ML model performance across core areas. Current focus involves supporting large language model (LLM) development through structured evaluation, prompt testing, training data curation, and automation oversight. You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on operational excellence in AI system support, responsible for developing talent, driving strategic initiatives, and evolving the team’s structure, processes, and outputs as we scale. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can operate effectively in a transitional environment while delivering immediate impact.
