- The Castings Product Line Director is the entrepreneurial owner of Fictiv’s castings line of business.
- This leader is Fictiv’s senior-most castings subject matter expert
- This role is accountable for vision, strategy, and profitable top-line growth.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Operate as the entrepreneurial owner of the castings line of business.
- Define and evolve product line strategy, pricing, and go-to-market positioning.
- Influence and align cross-functional partners to execute on strategy and deliver results.
Preferred Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in metal castings.
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
