Responsibilities:
- Managing corporate compliance obligations placed on us through contracts with the Department of Defense and Department of Energy.
- Working closely with Operations, IT, People, Finance, and Physical Security teams to ensure operations meet relevant FAR/DFARS, NISPOM, and DOE requirements.
- Aligning systems and processes across parent and subsidiary entities to support program execution under government requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in legal or corporate compliance, with special experience with Department of Defense and Department of Energy requirements if possible.
- Export control experience, ideally with some exposure to Part 810 and/or Export Controlled Information.
- Experience coordinating governance and operational frameworks between parent and subsidiary organizations.
