Frontend Engineer (Staff/Principal)

Architecture and Stack:

• Decide on state management, data fetching, routing, module boundaries, and build tooling.
• Evolve the stack from React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, Radix, TanStack Query, Bun to what you believe is best.

Component System and Performance:

• Consolidate ~90 shared primitives and 231 Storybook stories into one unified system.
• Own performance metrics: reduce home route JS from ~567KB gzipped using bundle budgets, Lighthouse, and real-user vitals.

Product Craft and Team:

• Work with designers as a peer, critiquing layout, density, motion, and hierarchy.
• Mentor engineers across India and the US, holding the bar on every frontend change.

Concrete Challenges:

• Converge two live generations of the workflow builder without freezing the product.
• Design interaction patterns for agents streaming partial results over minutes – no established playbook exists.
