Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This position involves leading the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning (3-5 years). Responsibilities include building and maintaining sophisticated three-statement financial models that accurately reflect 9amHealth's unique healthcare business model and revenue streams. The role involves serving as the primary financial partner to business unit leaders across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Product Development. The director will prepare comprehensive board packages and investor updates that clearly communicate financial performance, key metrics, and strategic progress. They will also develop deep expertise in healthcare economics, including an understanding of value-based care models and clinical outcome measurement, along with building and leading a high-performing FP&A team, including hiring and developing senior analysts and managers.
