Sênior Software Developer (Java/AWS)

Seeking a backend developer with solid Java experience to work on a strategic and innovative project. Responsibilities include understanding technical needs, actively participating in inceptions and technical refinements, and bringing insights in developing and evolving a scalable, high-performance solution. Integrations between systems, finding, transforming, and sending information, coding and structuring automated tests (TDD) for quality assurance, performing code reviews, and supporting the team with technical questions are also required. Backend applications must be developed and maintained with Java, ensuring high quality and scalability. Implement robust and secure solutions in the AWS cloud, using good development and architecture practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, prototype, and deliver new functionalities. Perform analysis and optimization of system performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Automate CI/CD processes, integrating versioning tools and continuous deployment in AWS environments. Ensure system integrity through the creation of tests. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve their processes.
