Job Description
The RMS Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and reliability of the Remote Monitoring System (RMS). This role entails leading a team of RMS analysts, conducting daily checks, validating incident resolution, and driving root cause analysis to ensure the system's integrity and functionality. Responsibilities include leading the RMS analyst team, monitoring KPIs, overseeing daily sanity checks, reviewing system alerts, monitoring incident progress, validating incident resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and managing vendor relationships. The RMS Manager also reconciles monthly system KPIs and performs other assigned tasks.
