Electrical Project Engineer

This role requires a strategic and results-driven individual to manage electrical projects. You will spearhead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cut costs. Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

First 30 Days: Immerse yourself in electrical operations, meeting with key leaders to understand project workflows and identify areas for improvement.

First 60 Days: Design and implement process improvement initiatives, such as updating the project tracking system or standardizing the bill of materials.

90 Days & Beyond: Be the recognized owner of electrical operations project management, rolling out key initiatives to improve cost and efficiency.
