Real Estate Analyst

Support the Real Estate and Legal teams in reviewing and managing title commitments, title proformas, and ALTA/CLTA surveys for active projects. Assist in identifying and tracking title curative issues, such as liens, easements, mineral interests, encroachments, or ownership discrepancies. Coordinate with title officers, underwriters, outside counsel, and surveyors to facilitate title clearance and endorsement issuance. Prepare and maintain curative logs, closing checklists, and project title trackers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues. Collect and organize supporting documentation. Support the issuance and review of final title policies. Conduct property and public record research. Assist in preparing and routing recording packages. Maintain internal records, project folders, and digital files. Support the Real Estate Director and Transaction Manager in ongoing administrative and reporting functions.
