Delphi Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Delphi to help support and modernise our core business systems. You’ll be working on applications that play a central role in how we operate day-to-day, maintaining existing functionality while helping to improve and evolve the platform over time. This is a hands-on role focused on problem-solving and practical delivery. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build and maintain software that’s reliable, well-documented and ready for what’s next. As a Delphi Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi and SAP SQL Anywhere. You will also collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers across teams to define and implement improvements. The role also includes generating unit tests and debugging applications to ensure stability and performance, documenting your work, and contributing to shared technical knowledge.
