Project Structural Engineer – Federal Engineering and Design

Olsson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Structural Engineer to join our Federal Engineering and Design Team, where your expertise will directly support the development of mission-critical infrastructure across the country. From military installations and VA hospitals to federal campuses and secure facilities, you’ll help shape the structural backbone of projects that serve national interests and improve lives. As a Project Structural Engineer, you’ll take ownership of structural design and coordination across a range of federal projects. Your day-to-day will include leading structural engineering efforts, performing detailed structural analysis and design of systems, developing construction documents, and working closely with various teams and stakeholders. You will also apply design standards, support proposal writing, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
